The museum is not wheelchair accessible and unfortunately cannot accommodate visitors with mobility impairments.

**General Rules of Conduct:**
- The minimum age for unaccompanied visitors is 16 years.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the museum.
- Visitors are required to maintain a reasonable noise level.
- Respectful behavior toward other visitors is expected.
- Visitors must keep the premises clean.
- Visitors must comply with the instructions of the staff.
- In case of emergencies, follow the staff’s instructions.
- Eating and drinking are not permitted in the exhibition rooms.
- Phone calls are discouraged in the exhibition rooms.
- Only standard carry-on items, such as backpacks or handbags, are allowed.

### Handling of Exhibits
- Only synthesizers explicitly marked as playable may be used.
- An introduction can be requested from the museum staff.
- All unmarked exhibits must not be touched.

### Lost and Found
If you find any lost items, please hand them over to the museum staff. Lost property will be handled in accordance with legal regulations.

The role of the service staff is to ensure compliance with the house rules. Please follow their instructions at all times. Failure to comply with the house rules or instructions from the service staff may result in expulsion from the museum. In such cases, the admission fee will not be refunded.
